This service is available as part of the Management Service or on a consultancy ad-hoc basis.
Affinity Care will ensure that all staff are appropriately trained and encourage the development of a structured and funded training programme, with the necessary staff records being maintained. We will also implement a system of care whereby staff uphold a good relationship with the home's residents and maintain a good working relationship with the company.
- All employees are provided with a suitable employment contract.
- Reduce the reliance on agency staff and ensure this is kept to a minimum.
- Review staffing levels, grades, and pay rates, ensuring that sufficient staff are on duty to meet the legally required minimum standards as set by the Registration Authority.
